Here are some practical information you may find helpful shopping with us.

Q: Are all your products ready stock?
A: Yes they are. All items (unless stated as pre-order) are either available on hand or re-stockable as they are immediate stocks at supplier. Do confirm again with us prior to ordering. Designs which are completely sold out and not re-stockable are labelled as "Sold Out, Not Restockable" and are meant for viewing purpose only.

Q: I see something I like, but it's stated "All Taken". Is it re-stockable?
A: Not to worry, if you see the "All Taken" sign on top of the post, it simply means the item on hand is sold but is still re-stockable from the supplier, you can place an order and ensure payment is made before our weekly re-stocking day and we will include your order. Of course this is subject to availability at supplier.

Q: How often do you restock for sold items?
A: We re-stock once a week, usually on Wednesdays or Saturdays. Once an item on hand is sold, we will only re-stock on an individual paid order basis.

Q: Do I need to make prior payment for re-stockable items?
A: Yes. We will only re-stock for paid orders. 

Q: Do you take returns?
A: No. Any item sold is not returnable or exchangeable. We ensure every item is checked for defects prior to postal. Hence, any requests for return will be not be entertained.

Q: Do you swap?
A: No. We don't do swaps.

Q: Do you take special request?
A: Yes. If there is a specific design you have in mind, feel free to drop us a mail with a picture of it preferably. We have been catering to a lot of special search requests.

Q: I am inconvenient to accept postal, do you offer self collection service?
A: Our main delivery option is via postal, but we will try to accommodate any self collection requests at a minimal charge. Preffered location would be around Subang Jaya. Self collection will still require payment to be made upfront prior to meeting.
